Technical support to postal operations focused on delivery of prompt, accurate & compliant provision of incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.

To manage the commencement of claims ensuring the customer and third party requirements and expectations are properly framed and understood. Providing guidance to customers and third parties on key components of the purchased product, helping to influence decisions to protect claims cost and where possible provide a one stop shop.

Candidates must be able to start on Thursday 15th January 2015 and ideally complete a fulltime induction and training programme.
To provide excellent customer service in dealing with all incoming transactions and telephone enquiries, which will support strong broker relationships and contribute to the profitable growth of the business, in line with agreed departmental service standards.
