Senior Accounts / Accountant
You will be working within a practice environment preparing accounts on behalf of a variety of clients.
Your role will involve the following:-
Book keeping including reconciliations of purchase / sales and statements
Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, trial balance, year end accounts
Visiting clients to undertake Audits
Preparation of Self assessment / personal tax returns
Resolving customer queries
Preparation of Vat Returns / HMRC records
Creating a set of accounts from manual records
We are ideally looking for someone who is ACCA or AAT qualified with experience of working within an industry or practice environment. You must have experience of working with the whole range of accounts and be experienced with using a variety of PC systems, knowledge of Sage would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent customer service skills and accuracy with attention to detail.
Part Time or Full Time Considered.
Salary £25,000 - £40,000 Dep Exp.
