To provide underwriting administration services and support for the Underwriting Senior Management Team and Underwriting Department. Receive and deal with written and verbal queries/correspondence emanating from both inside and outside the Company.

To manage the commencement of claims ensuring the customer and third party requirements and expectations are properly framed and understood. Providing guidance to customers and third parties on key components of the purchased product, helping to influence decisions to protect claims cost and where possible provide a one stop shop.
